IMG_1677Our adventure started over a number of glasses of vin chaud in the Happy Hours Bar at the bottom of the Télècabine Ardent. Wouldn't it be great to introduce others to this remarkable area and also have a chalet we can use as our children grow? And so, a few years later, we are the proud owners of the chalet, La Grange au Merle.

Our aim is to provide memorable and relaxing accommodation where one can enjoy easy access to the pistes, an inviting traditional village and panoramic scenery.  We make a special effort to welcome young children and families, remembering what fun our children enjoyed in the beautiful snow covered winter scenery as toddlers and still today as they grow up.

We continue to strive to do better. Renovations got underway in the spring of 2016 to create a light and luxurious retreat in the heart of the mountain landscape, while maintaining all the charm and character of this beautiful property. Through the 2016/17 winter season we welcomed some lovely guests who left many warm and generous praise.  Building on their feedback we are now looking forward to 2017/18 with an even more exciting offering.
